ULTRAM

The generic name of Ultram is tramadol. Tramadol is an atypical synthetic opioid, which is an analgesic agent, acts centrally.

Ultram is similar to a narcotic pain reliever. It is an oral medicine utilized to treat mild to severe pain; however, it is also available in injection form (either as intravenous form or as intramuscular form). Some extended release of Ultram is used to get rid of moderate to terrible chronic pain. It is recommended to follow the prescription provided by the physician. Taking this medicine in high dose or taking it for a prolonged period may cause some side effects like cold or clammy skin, drowsiness, extreme weakness, fainting, feeling light-headed, shallow breathing, or slow heartbeat.

In severe cases, it may lead to coma. Taking more than 300 mg a day may harm the consumer. It can be taken with or without food. If anyone missed to take a dose, take it as soon as it came to you mind; however, there must be sufficient gap between two successive doses. To compensate with the missed dose, never take two doses at a time.
